    Payments Link missing in dashboard. after updating to 1.7

    Hi there,

    I updated JR to 1.7 last night and I have now just realised that the "Payments" tab/link in Admin dashboard is no where to be seen so I can't edit any payment settings and job packs?

    Does anyone know why this could be?
