Plugin TinyMCE Advanced in Jobroller 1.6 - HowTo?

I have been trying to integrate this plugin into my jobroller - but somehow without success so far. In general that is to say in articles and pages it is already integrated, but not on the jobroller specific parts, such as with jobs or resumes.

I know, there is a fuction in theme-functions.php, and I assumed I needed to tamper with that one, but as I said, no luck so far. Could anybody point me in the right direction, as to:

• do I need to disable the above mentioned function in theme-functions.php?
• or maybe just adjust it, but I would really like to choose a way, where my tampering would not be overwritten by the next update to Jobroller
