remove submit a job/submit resume widget from specific pages

Hi,

Three questions:

1) I need to move the widget that either shows SUBMIT A JOB or SUBMIT A RESUME when a visitor tries to either login or register. I don't want that widget to show on the login page. Where I can I remove that widget from certain pages? I have attached links to the pages I want to remove it from and provided an image of what i want the pages to look like after the change, for better understanding!

2) In the following file in the editor: JobRoller: Submit Job Template Page Template (tpl-submit.php), There is a bunch of code, and it ends with this:
<?php if (get_option('jr_show_sidebar')!=='no') get_sidebar('submit'); ?>. Which file is it pulling in order to show the submit button?

3) When I login as either a recruiter or job seeker (i have created test accounts for both to check the flow) I arrive on this page: http://aviationjobsglobal.com/wp/my-dashboard-template/, I don't understand how I can be arriving on a page with the exact same URL, but different information is showing depending on whether I logged in as a recruiter or job seeker? How do I make changes that will show specifically on either the recruiter or job seeker login arrival page? (eg: I'd like to put a top navigation "browse resumes" link on the recruiter login arrival page)
