Removing Job Lister line of text

Hi,

I want to remove the (bold) line of text below. It appears when logged in as a Job Lister under the Job Location section during the job submission process. Specifically during the "Enter Job Details" portion.

REMOVE >>> Leave blank if the location of the applicant does not matter e.g. the job involves working from home.

If someone could point me to which file / code I should comment out or delete, I would appreciate your assistance very much.
