Adding a line of text within/after the ad fields

Hi

My fields - before the description and tags - include contact phone numbers. I would like to add a line of text below the phone number field that says "Please mention this site when you call".

I would like it to automatically be on every ad, and I would like it to be underneath the phone number field which is the last one, next to the image like the other fields, not below it like the description or tags.

Anyone know how I might go about this?
