I have to ask this, because it keeps bugging me:
How can we charge Employers a fee for posting jobs if they can freely browse the resume database and contact job seekers directly? I mean why would they even pay to list a job if we are freely offering a service most job boards charge for?? Maybe way out of our league, but look at what Careerbuilder is charging Employers for resumes, on top of charging for job listing:

Can someone explain why we are offering resumes so freely or am I missing something here?
