Search bar giving fewer results without "" around keywords..

Hi There.

In my jobroller I have this strange behaviour of the Search bar.

TO give you the context I have 3 jobs in miami (50 miles around). 2 are Sales Manager, 1 Maketing (1 one anywhere also showing up)

Typing: "sales Manager" | Miami
I get: 2 results with my sales manager jobs (ALL GOOD HERE)

Typing: Sales Manager | Miami (without "")
I get: no jobs at all....???!!

Typing: Manager | Miami (without "")
I get: no jobs at all....???!!

Typing: "Manager" | Miami (with "")
I get: no jobs at all....???!!


I must admit I don't understand the logic of this...

Same stange things:
If I type Tobacco|miami, which is in the title and content of a miami job, it doens't show up at all.

Very strange.

Please help.
