SEO - How to change resumes permalinks in JobRoller

Hi there,


I would like to change the resumes permalinks, which automatically look like :

http://demos.appthemes.com/jobroller...1234567897654/


Is there a way for it to automatically appears as :

- http://demos.appthemes.com/jobroller/resumes/johndoe/ (name of the job seeker)

I understand the privacy issue, but to be honest, most of my job seekers are easily findable through Google… and my website appears after their Facebook, twitter, linkedin (…) accounts in the search results...


Another great solution would be to use the categories they choose, like :

- http://demos.appthemes.com/jobroller...s/resumetitle/ (title they give to their resume)

- http://demos.appthemes.com/jobroller/resumes/marketing/ (job they are looking for)

- http://demos.appthemes.com/jobroller/resumes/industry/ (activity they are looking for)
