Select Multiple options in the drop down

Hi all

I would like to be able to allow candidates and advertisers the option of selecting multiple categories from the drop downs.

i.e. if their salary requirements spread over 2 of the ranges, or they are interested in multiple job types.

Is this easily achievable? After some initial investigation it looks quite complex...am i missing something?
