Separate Registration Pages for Job Seekers & Posters

Hi,

I need to have separate registration pages for Job Seekers and Job Posters (I'm using the S2Member plugin and integrating one of their registration forms for Job Seekers which will set Job Seekers up for a free 30 day trial).

I see from other threads that this is not an out-of-the-box option but if anyone can point me in the right direction for getting this setup I'd really appreciate it.
