Spam users sending bogus applications
I'm having an issue with bogus applications going through to recruiters. As the "Apply online" button allows users to enter any email address spammers are getting away with using my website to spam their marketing lists. Some stuff is quit serious as they are sending **** links etc!
I have it setup that only registered users are allowed to send applications but this doesn't help as they can sign up with one address and enter any other when sending applications through to the recruiter. Is there a way or what code could I use to not allow users to put in any email address but rather use the email they used in registration. That way I could track down the spammers and delete their accounts - as at the moment I don't even know who is sending out the applications.
Does anyone have anything else to suggest? I am using plugins like "Stop Spammer Registrations Plugin"!
