Submit a Job

Hi,

I would like to make my Submit a Job button like WooJobs in that this is a very important call to action button that needs to catch the attention of employers. The flat somewhat dull presence of this image / button at the moment does not do much for drawing attention to what is a very important component to a job board.

Can someone please help me in finding the file / code wherein I can modify this. I like the woothemes border. It appears to have a raised look all around the border rather than just being flat.
