Is there anyway to shorten the job submittal and registration process?

Hi,

I was wondering is there is a way to cut down the entire process of the job registration process when someone submits job.

Currently, it does not remember any of the logged in user information and makes you reenter the website address, company name etc. It also takes you through several steps to verify.

Can I customize it? If so, how?
