Thread on where AppThemes can and should improve...
Hello People,
I've seen and experienced some frustration towards the fixing of bugs, implementing ideas for improvements, other issues and how the communication is going. Please, if you too are experiencing problems that should be fixed? Let AppThemes know in this thread:
1. What's the problem?
2. When did you experience and report this?
3. Is it fixed, when was it fixed or are you still waiting?
4. Are you happy with the fix, how you expected it to be?
4. How did you experience the response to the problem/bug/idea you reported?
6. How was/is your experience with the communication from AppThemes around this, and their communication in general?
Also, you can let AppThemes know if you experienced good things and action in regard to the above, and give them props.
If you have experienced problems or are still experiencing/seeing these and you report or have reported these, whether in this thread or in other threads. Let them know right now once and for all; where and how they can fix and improve their software, business and communication.
Let us know what this would mean for you and AppThemes? (The result after vs. the current status quo).
