Turn Your Users into Your Salesforce
I had the thought recently that the majority of my 10,000 registered users actually have jobs right now.
I would like to turn them into my salesforce somehow. In essence, I would like to be able to incentivize them to go to bat for my site with their HR department and become my internal sales arm.
I have considered two scenarios:
1. Beg them to do it for free. This is essentially pleading poverty and seems to project desperation - not far from the truth.
2. Develop an incentive program where they get a commission for any jobs their HR department pays to list.
Since #2 seems more palatable, I wondered if anyone else had implemented a similar "kickback" scheme to registered users for bringing in paid listings. And if so, how did you implement it technically. Somehow the jobs would have to be tagged and payment would need to be made through Paypal or whatever.
Thoughts?
