What Bonuses Can We Offer Instead of Discounts?

I felt eyecool, again, had some very good points - particularly those on not offering discounts, but on offering bonuses.
Having studied marketing legends such as Ted Nicholas, Jay Abraham, etc. I'm sure they'd agree.
The question is: what bonuses can we offer?
Here's a few that might fit the bill:

- Free e-mail and phone support
- Free book
- Free t-shirt
