    Are you offering Job Seekers the option to Post Resumes or not?

    Hi, I have seen some job sites offering the job seeker the ability to upload their resume and was wondering if it might be easier to just offer the employers the ability to post jobs and let them know that when they are filling out the job details to simply include a hyperlink to their site so the job seeker could go their and learn more about the job listing and apply from there if they wanted to.
