    Ad space, disable resume/job submission

    Hi Spartac,
    my site is http://nishatijobs.com .
    i have a few major concerns
    — i have put ad code on header under advertising but i cant see it.
    — i need to disable job and resume submission until a later time how can i do that?
    — the filters(eg. part time, freelance) are appearing multiple times on my home page, how can i remove them?
