As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

How to install Templates Jobaap?
I want intstall Jobapp this way

Go to appearance => themes
Install new theme
Select the Jobsapp zip and upload it

but after the install teamplate jobapp can not be activated with this statement
Broken Themes

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
name Description
Jobsapp The parent theme is missing. Please install the "jobroller" parent theme.

Please help me
