    Location on Resume not working

    I am configuring a new website that can be found here: http://plc.bradstreets.net/

    Trying to get the Submit a Resume to work - the Location field will not work and it thinks it is required (which is set to NO in the settings) to the form will not submit without error. I have all plugins deactivated and the issue remains. Also removed any unused themes except Twentythirteen.

    How can I get the submit a resume to actually work?
