As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

No error message when invalid log-in or registration is done
Hi Everyone,

It would be really helpful if someone could clarify my doubts. The registration form seems to have some bug, when an invalid log-in is performed or when some of the fields are not filled in the registration form, no error is being displayed. The app just forwards back to the same page, and why none of the mandatory fields are not highlighted in the registration form? (www.jobzninja.com)
