Invalid Key Error message when a user tries to reset passoword
A user informed me today that he tried to reset his password but instead he got this error message when he clicked on the link that he got in e-mail.
I have created a new user to see will that happen to me but it didn't. So I don't know is it a glitch or what?
Is it maybe because of the user roles?
So he clicked on the link Forgot your passord? (below the sign up form), got an page with an error message saying Sorry, but it seems that a key is invalid. And below the field to put his e-mail or username for passord reset. Which he did but the email that he got send him back to the same page with an error message.
I have reseted his password manually, but I would really like to know is this a common error, is it a permission thing or what?
