As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Featured Logos is not working
Hi,

I am using Koupon theme. My website is http://vletuknow.com. I activated featured logo widget and displayed all my logos. But whenever I click on the logo corresponding store page is not opening.Can you please check this?

Similarly I updated one promotion today. But I could see two promotions. I do not know why. And also I am not able to see the promotion description. Instead of deal description 'Coupon Listings' is getting displayed. I think this is severe problem.

Can you please check?
