As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Koupon and Clipper 1.5.1
I noticed that version 1.5.1 of Clipper has now been released and a new version of Koupon was recently released as well.

Have the new versions of Clipper and Koupon been tested for compatibility?

Last week I tried to fix a Clipper issue by installing the newest dev build, but some type of problem between the parent theme and child theme caused problems with admins logging in and users registering accounts. Long story short, reverting back to the original Clipper theme was a nightmare so I don't want to update these themes until I know for sure that there won't be any issues.
