Koupon theme slows parts of Wordpress admin
Hello,
I have thousands of coupons and stores on my site. When I go to the coupon screen in the Wordpress admin area, my browser, firefox and chrome, freezes for about 15 seconds. It does it again if I click on any coupon for editing. It is extremely slow.
The stores section is also slow, but not nearly as slow as the coupon section (less stores than coupons) and does not freeze my browser.
The rest of the Wordpress admin sections work fine; pages, plugins, appearance, etc. including the Koupon admin section. It is only the coupons section and a little bit of the stores section.
I switched back to Clipper to see if it has the same problem and it does NOT. It works fine when using Clipper, but not Koupon.
I have not modified Koupon’s files.
Perhaps with thousands of coupons, the Koupon theme has trouble.
