Modify drop-down menu

Hello,

I have a drop-down menu in my header. I would like to modify the hover state so the color bar moves with my mouse up and down the menu.

I would also like to change the colors of the drop-down menu active link text.

The header font options inside Koupon do not provide an answer for drop-down items. I was able to change the colors of the header fonts, but not drop-down menu colors.
