As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Unable to moderate comments
I'm not sure if this is a Clipper issue or a Koupon issue, so I apologize if this question is in the wrong forum.

I have the standard Wordpress "discussion" options set so all new comments need to be moderated before going live, but it's not working. People are commenting and the comments are automatically being approved even though I have the setting marked otherwise.

I looked through the settings of both Koupon and Clipper and I couldn't find any other comments settings to explain this. How can I moderate all new comments before they go live?
