As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Map shows blank in localhost
Hi,

I have a local installation of Jobroller with mapsupreme and I already added the code in header.php to show the map following the instructions of the readme.txt file.

I can see that there is a blank canvas where the map is supposed to show up, but totally blank. No map, no icons.

I also can see that there is no json.data file in my localhost/jobroller/wp-content/plugis/mapsupreme_jobroller/

However, when updating the settings of the plugin I get the message
"json.data Data added successfully ..."

I already set writing permissions to the plugin location.

Can you advise me what to do?
