Create Listing shows up blank

I'm really struggling with some problems with this theme.

The latest is that when I click on "Create Listing" the page is blank. Is there a setting that would turn this off?

I have blown away the theme and the WP install twice and it's not fixing anything, it keeps doing the same thing. I have this set up on my production in-house server and on a test server (DreamHost) and I'm getting the same problem with both.

To solve another problem with fatal errors and /login/ not found, I had to keep the Permalinks set to default. I don't know if this is the issue or not.

I have WP 3.4.2 on both systems.
Vantage Version 1.1.1 is on http://m2m.elgacu.com
Vantage Version 1.1.2-alpha [8da304c19d] is on the test server http://cu.5thelement.com

Since these are on two different hosts and two different Vantage versions, I thought I might be able to figure something out, but the problem exists on both.

Suggestions please?
