Clearing Google Local Business Layer from the map

By the Google Maps API, Terms of Use and so on regulations from Google, read the following in

10.2 Restrictions on the Types of Applications that You are Permitted to Build with the Maps API(s).:

"(b) No Business, Residential, or Telephone Listings Services. You must not display any of the business listings Content provided by the Maps API(s) in any Maps API Implementation that has the primary purpose of making available business, residential address, or telephone directory listings."

We are building a project with local business listings. As by what is stated above, it is clear that we cannot use the business information content that Google MAP API provides by itself.

We need to clear of these layers from the map. Please point me in which file, and where in the code, I can find the map load. I will add the necessary code to not show the google businesses by myself.

Is this controlled somewhere in your plugin, or it is related to some file in the Vantage theme?

The question is with high priority.

You should also look into Google Maps legal terms. It will be extremely useful for you, if you are building Goole MAPs plugins that you want to offer in a market place.
