mapsupreme issue with two listing in the same building

I have been trying to get this fixed for months now. I tried talking to the main forum help as it the same issue when using the standard google map with vantage.

Map zoom not working for multiple listings in the same building. We have a few businesses listing in the same building. i.e. have the same street address but different suite numbers. The map will only show one icon on the map instead of multiple.

If we use the mapsupreme with grouping it shows a 2 but you cannot zoom in to separate the icon and therefore not able to click on any listing.


Finally got an answer that it is a google mapping issue. But I love the way that mapsupreme shows all the listings on the homepage but because of the google issue of not differentiating suite numbers in the same building I cannot click on a listing.

Obviously they are different businesses in different suites and even different floors but the system is not able to show them separately. If I take off the grouping I can click on a listing but only 1 listing shows up. You cannot see the second or click on it . If in the future I have other listing in this same building. This is highly likely as the site is with medical and they tend to congregate in the same buildings.

This system seems to only works for small towns where everyone is in a separate building as their street address. But it SHOULD work also for cities where business and people multiple locations in the same building with suite number etc.

I put the mapquest mapping plugin which works but the problem is that it doesn't show all the listings on the homepage. So visitors will think that we only have limited listings - so if mapsupreme could use mapquest for the mapping then the whole thing would be solved!
