Pin not on target and missing graphics

It's a useful plugin, but I've found two issues and I hope you can help me out.

1. Using your plugin with the default theme and also seen on your own demo site. The marker/pin on the map is slightly off to the left. You can see it if you zoom out from a location in a city, the marker won't be exactly on the city. Tested with Chrome Browser on Windows and Android.

2. Using your plugin with the child theme FlatPage. Some graphics from the map is not visible, for example the zoom levels. Also, in the location popup the close symbol (x) is missing. Any ideas how to solve this?

3. Bonus question: How to remove the directions link and remove target="_blank" from the other link in the location popup?
