   You can get it from your Appthemes account download page Gav. Also, check this too... in WP admin go to Vantage, Geo Settings and check that you've set the region to UK and the language to en-GB....

   If the category hasn't already been created it will create it for you, but you should note that it will only create top-level categories (as far as I'm aware) so you may need to do some housework...
