    It is possible (as anything is), but will require some extra coding to be added to some core files. Best bet is to look at how the price custom field is added, then go from there. If you can't figure...

    Classipress->Settings - General tab, scroll down to Refine Price Slider, uncheck the box for: Use a price slider instead of input fields in the "refine search" widget

    It works fine. Maybe you didn't do it properly. Also, if you are using a child theme and a single-ad_listing.php file exists, edit that file instead of the file inside the main classipress...
