For those with pagination errors after setting up a new Vantage install, set the permalinks to Post Name and resolves this. Newbie mistake! Vantage automatically sets up a different permalinks format...

Do you mean you had blog posts on the home page ?
If so you can set this in WordPress admin > Reading Settings
You can set static pages there maybe changing the settings will do what you want.
