   Koupon light box can be enabled/disabled from koupon admin panel => advanced clipper lightbox displays when you click on the coupon code, this one is provided by clipper

   You can edit the style.css file from Appearances >> Editor. The only reason the CSS might not be writable from the backend is if you have security setting plugin that has changed permissions.
