@geralweb: install this plugin: WP Crontrol. It allows you to see what's in the WP crontrol task list so you can report it to jomarkosabel. Otherwise, nobody will know if your WP is doing the crons...

I think that the simplyhired/indeed plugins USED to work how you want - i.e. actually crating job posts in your DB, but no longer work like that due to a change in the T&Cs of Indeed/SimplyHired etc....
