    This seems to be a hosting problem. Please ask your hoster about that. He might offer you another hosting package.

    Hi seibenhousen, I just made a test download and wasn't able to replicate your problem. Have you tried to download a zip file from somewhere else? Maybe it's a problem with your local pc. Cheers

    That's strange, hopefully someone can explain why that happened for you. The install should only take a few minutes, I had to do it a couple of times though, the first time it took awhile then failed...

    It should just download as a zip and then you just install the zip folder into wordpress. Have you tried to download it again ?
