There is a few plug in that do this you can set them to do different things. But how it works with Vantage I am not sure. Try search for members, roles, users in the plug in directory

Install Stop Spam plug in and also Show IP.

So just block the IP, people / boots scan the websites all the time nothing you can do about it unless you block all traffic.

If you allow HTML they should be able to post anything but I would not advice it. Spam people will find their way to you and spam the xxx of your website.

As i told you in a PM your RSS feed have a SPACE http://feeds.feedburner.com/ yourdomainfeed you need to delete the space. You understand?

You put the path to them there is two excel in the download folder you can check. One with picture and one without.

Well renaming the folder will not stop them they can just check source code. You can not really hide this unless you on every update mark off all the apptheme code. So no i do not think it will work.
