yes that can be done. In includes/admin/admin-values.php

Find the array : Max Size Per Image and you can add new options there.

But my feeling is that this is not a max size...

try going to permalinks and save the perma links again

to add to my previous reply. This basically is just a permalinks issue. You simply need to resave the permalinks. Because the category multipage does work
