The solution to this problem:
There must be a BUG in Colorbox v1.3.19 that Vantage is using that is causing the Contact form to not work after selecting it a 2nd time.

Can't be done. It is a pain, isn't it? Vantage seems to be designed on the assumption that listings will always be created by the business owner, or will be claimed by them fairly quickly.
