Contact Seller form Disappearing

Hi,

The contact seller form seems to disappear when I click of the contact seller button-> close the pop-up and click on the contact seller button again.

It looks like when you close the modal the div that contains the form is removed from the DOM so when you then click the button again there is nothing for the modal to display.

PLease help on this.
