Hi, sorry for the slow response. Make sure you're using the latest version of ClassiPress. There was a bug in WordPress 4.7 and an older ClassiPress version which caused this issue.

Well, for me, WP-SpamShield plugin did the job :) no more spam for me, more then 200 daily spam registration is stoped with this plugin.
