From my experience, the old clipper theme was better in functionality, but 2.0 looks much better. Is requiring me to make a lot of tweaks to get it back up.

You can change it via WP Admin>>Settings>>Reading specifically the "Blog pages show at most" option. It is set to 10 by default.
