Ad Usage of Classipress combined with Listing Ability of Vantage

I like both themes, but I'd like to use them both differently. Primarily, I want to use the "Featured Listings" section of Classipress in conjunction with the Business Listing capability Vantage provides.
    -Can this be done?
-Is there any non-sloppy way of doing this?
-Will I have to purchase both themes?
-Is there a plug-in I could use for Vantage that accomplishes the Featured Listings tool that Classipress utilizes?

    Thank you.

Also, sorry, can't edit. Can I still edit the aesthetics of the theme without the .psd files? Or will that be unavailable to me?

Technically yes it can be done as there is no encryption which would prevent you from making changes to either of the themes, however how easy this would be is ultimately relative to your level of coding knowledge.

The features aren't available individually in the form of plugins, no.

Yes, it is still possible to edit the theme layout without the .psd files, they simply make it easier, but you still need knowledge of .css in order to make use of them anyway. Thanks.
