This is not a default feature of ClassiPress so would currently require customization of the default theme/use of a plugin if you were looking to add this to your site. AppThemes does not officially support third party plugins so we do not have any specific recommendations for chat plugins which would definitely be compatible with our themes, but based on where you wish to place the chat option it would likely require additional coding anyway.
