a) There is no feature within the theme specifically for this purpose, although there is a plugin mentioned
here called "Network privacy" which may offer this in some part?
b) The item is listed in the name of the user but their contact information is not visible to the buyer unless the seller responds to correspondence sent via the contact form. Outside of this it would require customization on your part if you were looking to remove the profile field. Our themes are not encrypted, so you are free to modify them as you wish. Thanks.
