    Adverts on left

    How can I add a column to the left hand side of jobroller for a menu and maybe advertising, this would need to run throughout the site, is it possible?

    would that be the same for the home page if I wanted to have welcome and introduction text instead of just job listings?

    Yeah have just been looking there, where abouts? is it under the add new page? what will an new page look like? what will banner ads look like?

    Yes, about is under pages and you can create a new page which the template will look the same with the about page.
