I want to make sure, is it possible to rearrange the post ad form fields as Country, then state, and then city. so I can use it in India. you are saying, the demo admin is different from the real one and it may not be used, in that case, can u please tell , which one is used ?

Secondly, once i have the theme, can i use different plugin available in the wordress ?

Yes you can definitely rearrange the form fields in the submit ad form.

You can use different plugins but not all are guaranteed to work and may require some modification. You may check the resource page here Resources | AppThemes .
