I am a customer but cannot access forum

My user name is pauln

I am a customer of classipress. I am logged in. I can access the download of the software. But the forum says I have to be logged in in order to see responses. Have you separated customer and forum log in?

They should be linked, however you'll know if your logged in when you look at the top right-hand side of the forums and your username appears next to "welcome"..

We recently made some changes to the forum URL's so in the first instance you may wish to clear your browsers cache and cookies and try logging in again. Let us know if the problem continues. Thanks.
